How do I book an appointment?
Choose Book a session, select the service that feels right, then pick an available date and time. After you submit your request, you’ll receive a confirmation with the appointment details and any preparation notes.
How should I prepare for my session?
Review the notes in your booking confirmation and arrive ready at your scheduled time. Service-specific preparation can vary, so follow any instructions your artist sends before the appointment.
What happens if I’m running late?
I have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and 50% of service booked will be charged on your card.
